The area was safe, had a nice view of the water and NY skyline and had a ton of dining options within walking and a short drive. Our first time to NYC and the bus there was easy to navigate. Driving around wasn't that bad either. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean , had some updates and the beds were comfortable. Only issues were that the hallway was smelly and dark. Would recommend for a family traveling to NYC that doesn't want to stay in city

This is my hotel whenever I travel to Edgewater/NY. I love the convenience of not being in New York, but 1 20 minute Bus ride to New York. The bus stop is located right across the street from the hotel. The staff is always polite and I appreciate walking into a building that smells wonderful. My room is always clean and tidy. I will always stay at the comfort Inn when I am in the area!

We stayed for 3 nights at Comfort Inn Edgewater on Hudson River. Starting with the staff, everyone was very friendly and always greeted us warmly every time we entered the hotel. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was quite spacious and included a microwave and a mini refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable, and although the bathroom was small, it was very functional. The in-room amenities were also very good. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. It was quite simple, both in taste and variety, and the breakfast area is small. Regarding the location, I believe it is perfect. It is right in front of the Hudson River, next to Trader Joe’s, and only about 5 minutes from a shopping center with stores like Target, Marshalls, Five Below, and more. It is also about 10 minutes from the bus stop that takes you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Times Square (Route 150). Without a doubt, I would stay here again.
