"Pillows were like bags of sand aka horrible. The fan in the room was so loud and kept turning on and off until I finally figured out how to turn it off completely. Terrible night of sleep because of that. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I did not love was there is no bathroom in the main lobby. It was downstairs and through a not so lit up area. Otherwise 5 Stars. The little coffee shop outside the lobby is very nice."

"I think the location was phenomenal as well as the staff and the amenities. I have no complaints other than my granddaughter left her air pods in her room and we called the next day to report the item being lost. The air pods are now moving around Denver being used by someone who cleaned the room and that is a little disappointing but I would stay there again."

"The staffs and management was not helpful. I booked my trip through Expedia, and my reservation was canceled. I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."

I can’t leave out to mention the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I visit Denver at least once a year and I know I will definitely be staying here again:)"
