The experience was disappointing due to the unwelcoming and unfriendly front desk staff. However, the doorman and restaurant staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their excellent service was truly appreciated!
One of the most amazing stays I’ve had. Everything from the service, to our view and amenities. First time visiting Denver and I am glad I chose this hotel for my stay. Close to everything and architecturally beautiful. Pasque and Little Owl Coffee were incredible.
Nice location with a cool rooftop bar. The food was excellent at the 13th floor restaurant, Stellar J. Service was lacking at the rooftop bar and lobby. Our room was very small.
The staff was very accommodating, checked us in early, was very prompt to room requests (towels, cleaning, etc.). The coffee shop staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations.
Without a doubt, I would return.
Stayed here for the architecture and modern design. Clean, modern, hip and no stuffy staff- very welcoming and approachable. Earth friendly. Expensive but worth it. Also close to many downtown Denver attractions.
No parking garage on premises though. We had a vehicle but it was easy to park in nearby garages and lots, and bring our own luggage in. Recommend staying here.
It was a clean room, nice view, a very unique looking hotel on the inside and the out. I'll walk in shower was nice. Has a small snack bar stocked, for fee. The bar and restaurant on the rooftop very convenient great cocktails. Also the coffee shop in the lobby was amazing.
Gorgeous, comfortable room. This is a very UNIQUE property.Nice views of downtown. Great amenities. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing! The staff are very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.
One of the most unique hotels we’ve ever stayed in! Roof top bar was fantastic. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing- both food and service. Honestly We haven’t been this happy with a hotel in a long time! Must stay.
This hotel is overall one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The design and materials used throughout the building are top tier. It is incredibly clean, and organized. The staff is very friendly and inviting and makes you feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The coffee shop, bar and main floor restaurant are convenient and delicious. Same goes for the rooftop restaurant and outside sitting area. The view up there is beautiful. Valet worked seamless and fast, and very friendly. They took great care of my car. The location of the hotel is great too, there’s a lot to do around the area. Overall, if you are looking to stay in Denver, go with Populus!
What an amazing place. We were so impressed with all the amenities, the service was perfect, the room while slightly smaller was perfect for a long weekend stay. Stellar Jay restaurant is a must!! The little owl coffee shop makes great...everything. It is a perfect location to 16th street shopping and entertainment. Larimer square is great, And the thrift store bar is a MUST.
