We didn't get to take advantage of the numerous amenities (hot tub, pool, lake, golf, etc.) unfortunately so this review is just for the room. The room we reserved was a little bit dated, especially the bathroom, but it all seemed clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were newer and very comfortable and the staff, most especially Chantal, were very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if traveling in the summer so we could do some of the included activities.

Clean room, beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly. Our room was close to the entrance so we could hear other guests coming in pretty loudly. Thankfully no one was up very late so it didnt keep me up.

It was reasonable price, The room was very clean except once we were arrived i saw our Kleenex box almost empty and there was no water bottle, if you need to drink some water you have to walk to the lobby to get some water . Friendly staff .

The highlight of this property for me was the pool. It was clean and it was a lovely temperature. The rest was fine. It’s too bad you can’t access the lake right from the hotel. The room was ok. Kind of a strange layout. Large room (not necessary) tiny bathroom, even smaller shower. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. There were very bright lights outside our room and even with the drapes closed, the light came through and it was bright as if the sun was shining right on our window, even past midnight. We were going to stay two nights BUT the bed was soooo uncomfortable that we went home a day early. The golf course is pretty but they are disorganized and the coffee at the club house was expensive and terrible. We didn’t try the food. The dinner menu wasn’t to our liking and VERY expensive.
