"Impeccable merci "

"The pool and hot tub were very nice with a beautiful view over the city. Food was very expensive for what it was but eating in the restaurant was really the only option as the village is very small. Breakfast was nice but again quite expensive. Room was adequate for three adults. "

"We loved our stay at Effect Lodge. Our room overlooked the back side of the property, including the pool. Great views and an open feel in our large room. The host was so gracious and helpful. She recommended public transportation for our visit to Old Lyon, and it worked out perfectly. She also provided direction in getting our laundry taken care of. In many ways, staying at Effect felt like being at home. Highly recommend this property!"

We did a lot of walking but the trams work well as another way to move around the city, which is bigger than we had expected. The hotel was cozy. The lounge was comfortable and appealing. The staff were super helpful"
