"We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. "We just stayed one night and it was in a great location. It was right across from the medieval fortress. My room was very nice and clean. I had some trouble with the heat and patio door, but the receptionist attended to the matter immediately and solved the issue. We enjoyed the lounge area to meet with family and enjoyed cocktails and a snack. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the secure parking, inner courtyard and just a short walk to the medieval city of Carcasonne."
