Please note the rooms are nice but very small, they have small balconies which were very nice in the summer. Restaurant was also quite nice, however only serves until 21:30 so check your arrival time. Lots of good places to eat in the small town

We expected more from an 4 star hotel than this- beds were too short- plastic covers on the beds made it extremely moist and uncomfortable to sleep. And in general the rooms needs an upgrade- barhrooms were nice

L’accès 1h au spa inclus était top ! Par contre, la chambre ne me semble pas à la hauteur d’un 4*. L’oreiller est énorme et pas confortable. Le flacon de gel douche était vide. Globalement, l’hôtel est vieillissant et mériterait une rénovation. Par contre, le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent. Que des produits frais et gâteaux maison.

Séjour incroyable. Réservation faite avec mon mari pour un week-end détente. Tout était parfait. Nous avons réserver une chambre supérieur, avec petit déjeuner. Hôtel propre et calme. Beaucoup de restaurant bar et petit commerce à proximité, pas besoin de prendre le véhicule. SPA propre. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup

Très bel hôtel au pied des remontées mécaniques. Une belle chambre avec petit balcon, très calme, bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, nous nous sommes régalés, tout comme au restaurant l'Annexe avec une excellente raclette. Le spa est un gros plus très agréable. Petit plus la possibilité d'utiliser le vestiaire du spa pour se changer avant le départ. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

L'hotel est tres bien placé mais de nombreux détails ne sont à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. Nous avions une chambre Deluxe, balcon, vue montagne. Les points positifs : - Très belle vue sur la montagne. - Le Spa est bien - Le restaurant Les Plances a un bon rapport qualité prix - Le staff est accueillant et sympathique - Les casiers à ski Les points négatifs : - Chambre très petite, salle de bain minuscule dans laquelle on ne tient pas à deux - Moquette très tachée - Chaises sur balcon rouillées - Perte de pression et d'eau chaude pendant notre douche - Au bar de l'hotel le serveur nous indique qu'ils ne servent plus de boisson chaude après 17h... pas très cosy - Nous rentrons du ski à 14h40, le ménage n'est pas fini nous devons attendre 10 minutes dans le couloir Au final, nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais plusieurs points doivent être améliorés pour obtenir un niveau de qualité cohérent par rapport au prix de la nuit. Nous attendrons cette mise à niveau avant de revenir.

Hôtel au top pour le côté pratique ! Avec location de ski et local avec casier à code pour chaque chambre directement au lobby de l’hôtel , préparation des pass directement à l’accueil ! Téléphérique et Télésiège Accessible à la sortie de l’hôtel en 2 minutes à pied et qui monte à 1900m pour accéder aux pistes skiables ! Petit déjeuner buffet très correct avec vue sur le téléphérique et la piste Luc Alphand. Et Spa pour bien finir la journée . On a juste trouver les chambres un peu petite pour 3 personnes (2 adultes et 1 enfant de 6 ans) . En sachant surtout la place que prends tout les vêtements d’hiver !!! Mais on y retournera c’est sûr !!!! Merci
