"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. The hotel room was clean and specifically the beds were very comfortable + refreshing. The cleaning crew were doing an excellent job every morning and we saw their hard work. That is outstanding. The breakfast was awesome. But if you stay two days or more then you gonna get fed up with the food selections. Because of the same food they the hotel served every morning. I can understand the reason because many travelers stay one night. These people will be very happy to have this best breakfast. We suggest the management to look at the possibilities to change the breakfast menu at least once in two days or every other day. Overall the hotel is best with quite environment and comfortable rooms. Lots of space to park vehicles free and night team always welcome the guest with a smile. Big thank you goes to the Hotel management and the hardworking team...! "

"I like this place i go here pretty often when I need a 1 or 2 day stay, it's location next to Champlain mall plenty of restaurants and terminus/rem station Panama gives easy access to Montreal . It's cozy , tiny bathroom with a big tub and good water pressure the beds are not squeeky and comfortable wifi always works and AC is the best it's the old 70s under the window style AC and cools the room in seconds. The one and only thing I would really change about this place is their cable plan they have Videotron and it shows all the channels they can have but basically only offer the channels we got back when we could still use attennas other than that it's a really nice stay it can get noisy a bit weekends but never long and usually just as bars are closing when ppl are heading in or around midnight but never seen it noisy enough to bother me never even had to raise the sound on the tv to music before I highly recommend this property there arent many left that are in this price range and are this nice of a property and their staff just puts the cherry on top always super happy to greet and send you on your way super quick and pleasant to talk with ."
