"They ask you to checkin after 04:00 PM and checkout should be done before 11:00 AM. It’s not even 24hrs of stay and charged us for 1 day. It should be 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM."

"While the location was perfect, it was hard not having an onsite concierge to consult. They were very easy to reach via text and gave easy advice, but the email key was annoying to use, a door code would have been easier. No salt or pepper or shampoo and conditioner like a typical hotel. No windows opened in the room so one breakfast we made bacon and it smelled of bacon the rest of our time (not a bad smell to have) . "There were several issues with the suite, which was otherwise modern and comfortable. We informed the front desk but nothing was done while we were there. For example….a kitchenette with no kettle, coffee mugs or enough dishes. Missing light bulbs. We went out late at night and bought some mugs and light bulbs. The sliding “barn door” to the main bathroom fell right off its runners and landed on me. I wasn’t hurt, but it was hard to get that heavy door back up again. It’s not safe.

"C’est un endroit qui est appelé à être connu situé dans un quartier (St-Rock) qui s’est beaucoup amélioré. Plusieurs commerces de proximité et plusieurs restaurants. À 10-15 minutes du Vieux-Québec à pied.
L’appartement est grand et très propre avec beaucoup de commodités. Je recommande."

"This property's main strength is it's location in the old Town. Everything's accessible on foot, though there are many steep hills. Be aware that there is a large and messy road construction project out the front and Rue de Buade is currently closed to vehicles. We felt our loft was smaller than we expected and it was tight to move about and store bags without bashing into things (including the ridiculously oversized wall-mounted TV).
