The room was nice and service was good but did not get complete room service for cleaning room as when we came back for our second night bed was not made and ran out of toilet paper but they did give us some clean towels.

Stayed there because my wife had an operation. When we arrived we had a room with double beds instead of queens, asked to upgrade my room, not free but willing to pay the extra was told i could not. Staff said they would bring a comfortable chair for my wife… never did. When talking with manager ...
