"Spent a night recently on 8th floor. Room nice overall, comfy bed but wow was it loud. Between ac and all the outside noise....could barely sleep. Fine for a night but longer stay...maybe a different room. Also noticed our bathtub was literally coming apart. Overdue maintenance/repairs. A really ..."

"I arrived and they gave me a room that was not clean. Had to walk to the lobby to get another room. Then the card key didn’t work. I had to go to the lobby multiple times to get my card key activated because it would stop working. So frustrating."
