"At check-in the clerk suggested we use a specific entrance to the Arden Bldg. It had stairs but no ramp and yet I was hobbling around (and obviously) using a cane. Then, the Arden Bldg had no elevator so we hiked to the adjoining bldg to use that one but it was broken. Had to lug items up the stairs ..."
