"The property was first class and in an amazing location. Near the action, but away from the noise. Tons of amenities and fantastic service. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were super helpful and attentive to all our needs. We loved the happy hour at Club Pakarang. A great way to watch the sunset."

The property is very well maintained and the rooms are very clean. The resort is walking distance to many shops and Jungceylon mall. Excellent location."

"The hotel is rated a 5star, i wouldn’t say it was. However, it was fine for the one night we were there. There was maintenance being completed on the property meaning the normal restaurant was closed. We didnt try the green & bean which was the alternative provided. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The room did smell a little damp but it wasnt. Air con was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Transport to and from Phuket airport 600thb arranged through the hotel."

"A bit dated accomodation, no power points beside the beds and pretty dark generally. A bit of wear and tear throughout the bathroom. Shower took a very long time to run hot (5 minutes). Breakfast great and staff lovely. Booking airport transfer was a bit messy by email, abit of repeating myself and payment links that expire after an hour. Makes it difficult to arrange whilst travelling."
