"Really nice property with really nice rooms in a good central location. The spa was really nice, and the Levels area was excellent. Really easy to get to and from the airport. In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar."

"Horrible Hotel, No staff, motel grade. I don’t know how it is advertised 4-5 star. We arrived at 1am the hotel lobby was dark no staff no attendant. We had to yell to have someone coming to the front desk to check us in. We had to park our rented car at the entrance as no valet. Neighborhood looks run down and you have to cross the street to go to the beach. We booked this hotel for 5 nights but we had to leave after just 9 hrs. Pool location terrible between buildings. Stay away of this...

"A lovely hotel that is very clean. An excellent pool area with a bar serving food and drinks, at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The centre is a 20mins walk but we walked by the marina, which was beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing break. We loved our time here."

"Had a really great time as a solo traveller. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a standard buffet breakfast, a good amount of veggie options (would’ve loved veggie sausages). Very close to the beach and the bus stop to go into the town and the airport (very frequent buses, 25 min bus journey). There was also a really nice and cheap tapas place down the road (bar Alaska), and some really nice places to eat in palma town (l’informal, bar espana). There’s a bigger supermarket...

"This property is well located and is clean. However, it was not the property for us. This property would be great for families with young children but not ideal for us as a couple in our 50's. The pool area has kids' activities all day and it is one of those hotels where people get up early and use their clips to clip their towel to the pool bed and dont turn up for hours. We ended up just using the beach ; which was beautiful!"
