Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr nett und hilfsbereit, teilweise kaum englisch und keinen Servicegedanken. (Bestellung falsch verstanden, falsche Drinks geliefert, Essensbestellung nach langer Wartezeit erst hinterfragt.) Gym? Es sollte Arobic Raum heißen… Nur limitierte und schlechte Ausstattung. "Loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool areas lovely and beach across the road was super easy to get too. I worked one day and the wifi was strong enough to have video calls without hassle. Breakfast was very good, the range of options excellent. Gym was small but functional and had more than enough for a holiday workout session"

"Loved the view and beach at this hotel. The hotel itself was average, along with how clean the rooms were. Our room had a very strong sewer smell the entire time we were there, we mentioned it to staff and they did not care to do much about it. parking also sucked. Would give the overall stay a 6.5/10"

"Albert & Mar provided A1 service, 10s across the board! The hotel itself is SUPER clean! I often saw workers cleaning in between the crevices of the banister on the staircase. Room was cleaned everyday, I stayed 4 days & 3 nights! It’s super close to the beach literally right across the street, less than a 1min walk. They give you a free complimentary welcome drink. "Old and dated property that badly needs an upgrade as it seems to be falling apart. They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. These type of properties are hard to manage given their size and struggle. Expect lot of bugs everywhere,...

"I had to upgrade my room because the first room smelled stale and didn’t seem clean. Also there was almost no ocean view when there was supposed to be a partial ocean view. The good options could have been better but the staff (especially in the bar ) were excellent. I most enjoyed my unobstructed ocean view and the exterior amenities such as rooftop pool and outside eating areas. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel. "
