"Clean room and everything but walls extremely thin. Constant music being played in the hallways and plumbing wasn't the best either."

The buffet breakfast and dinner were great. The room was nice and the location of the hotel was close to the beach and transit options to go to other beaches. Definitely great value."

"Upon arrival, our rooms floor was still wet and the fusty smelling. The sockets beside the bed did not work and we later found out that our rooms hot water didn't work. When we complained about the hot water issue, a service personal was sent while we went to eat. Upon our return still no hot water and we're told to just 'wait' a few minutes. We did this still no hot water. Location is very noisy at all day, the only positive is you can eat 8:30-1:30 free brunch"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Spain. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—there was a great variety of fresh, delicious options each morning, which set us up perfectly for the day. While the hotel itself met our expectations in terms of comfort and service, the surrounding area was not quite what we had hoped for. As more mature travelers, we tend to prefer a quieter, more upscale location, and this neighborhood felt a bit less refined than we would typically choose. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with an excellent breakfast, this hotel is a solid option. Just keep in mind the location may be better suited to those seeking a livelier, more casual setting."

"Room was a little dated and the bed was a bit uncomfortable but is was very spacious and immaculately clean. Balcony in apartme t 9 was huge and had amazing view, would be lovely in the sunshine! Situated near the beautiful cove but we did move to a busier town just because the weather was so poor and there was then little to do in Cala Pi. Would have stayed had it been sunnier to use the pool or cove/beach."

We would especially like to emphasise the cleaning service, the room was always clean, tidy and very comfortable. The attention to detail has further beautified our stay. "Variety of cold cuts, cheeses, lox for breakfast along with yogurts, cereal and assortment of artisan breads. Really liked the offering of local dish made of crushed tomatoes, oil and seasoned salt. There was a la carte options available with different options for eggs and pancakes. Dinner was equally exquisite with delicious a la carte options. Gym has mostly cardio equipment consisting of a few bikes, elliptical machine and treadmills. Free weights and a bench. I would prefer to have a better outfitted gym given it’s a “wellness” resort. Spa and saunas were clean and not crowded at all. Perhaps it has to do with the time of the year and March-April being the slow season which was great for us! They did struggle with providing timely service and so the wait time for breakfast/dinner was quite long (up to 30 min) Once you get past the idea that everything has to be quick - it becomes very enjoyable. We would come back around the same time next year to take advantage of no crowds!!"
