"Helt fantastiskt hotell, läget, servicen och en helt underbar frukostbuffé. Sköna sängar. Otroligt välkomnande och trevlig personal. Trevligt och rent poolområde + härligt att ta ett havsbad i det kristallklara vattnet. C:a 5 min promenad till fin sandstrand. Busstopp precis utanför hotellet där lokalbussen går var 10:e min och tar dig till Palma på c:a 30 min. Sen är det jätteskönt att komma tillbaka till lugna Illetas efter att ha strosat runt i stan några timmar."

"My sister and I stayed for a mini break and the hotel was perfect in many ways. Location excellent, quiet, but a nice stroll into the centre along the waters edge in about 15 minutes. The food was excellent, so much choice and the restaurant was really lovely, nice interiors and gorgeous view of the bay. "The hotel was generally ok, but not for a 5 star. It was a good 4 star experience. The room was too small for 5 stars, we had room to have one baggage without tripping over it - luckily we only needed and brought one. The bathroom is nice, except for the mirror / sink part, that is enclosed in a kind of nook, and you have no room to put any cosmetics - I had difficulty finding a place to put my shaving utensils, I had to put them in the sink, which made for an unpleasant experience. "The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. "Overall hotel was amazing as well as all staff members. Food was very good and fresh, everyday there were loungers available by the pool. The only minus of my stay was boring music at the pool. I think there was not much tought about different age groups. Also we didnt got extras which were listed on expedia ( receptionist said that it is not something they offer)."
