"Overall this is in a great location, close to trains. Where we struggled was the elevator situation. We would wait 10 minutes for an elevator. Everything time we would want to leave or return we were waiting for an elevator. Additionally, the rooms were very small. My husband is 6’2” and struggled. The dryers in the laundry room took an hour and a half to dry, and even then they were still damp. It’s a great budget friendly hotel in a great location. The lobby, and lounge are lovely, the pool area lovely as well. It’s just the laundry room, elevators and size of room."

"We really enjoy the stay with Tobu Levant Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast with many choices, easy to access to all the shopping and attractions through near by stations. Lots of restaurants and convenient store."

"Check in was difficult. It took a long time to find our reservation. The room was described accurately, but we would reserve a different room in the future. A full size bed is sufficient for me and my husband to sleep in, but the room was too small for two people and two suitcases. That said, the room was perfectly clean, great amenities, bathroom was fine."

"Luggage storage is a big problem, they only accommodate luggage storage on check out date, if you make side trip to other area near Tokyo but didn’t want to tag along all luggage, you have to arrange yourself and they don’t offer any help. It took me off guard as I expected I can store my big luggage at hotel while I make a two days short trip to Mt. Fuji. I ended up need to take all my luggage with me since the storage place near hotel won’t be open for service until 9:30 which is quite impossible to use if you take an early bus or train."

"This was our 2nd stay at KAIKA in Tokyo and we were again, very pleased with our experience. The staff are courteous, the property is clean and comfortable. The displayed works of art offer a beautiful touch and add to the experience. We cannot wait to visit again!:)"

"Travelled solo and had a wonderful stay, check-in experience was also good and well managed. Room was just enough for a solo traveller, with enough space for my luggage. Breakfast options could have been better but what was available was good. The Onsen facility was perfect, clean and well maintained. Overall great stay and good value for money, would definitely return for another stay if I’m ever in Tokyo."

"I’m a bit miffed on this hotel. Normally I get a decent stay at every APA hotel. Oddly my watch for sleep score was the highest here at 97 which is great. But asking for small things like an extra pillow they were like no. You have a pillow already, or an extra key card and again no, I think it’s a thing here to just say no to every ask. The corner room was much more spacious than I imagined compared to other APA. The room was clean and shower was functionally adequate. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were kinda hard. The chair could have used some oil as the squeal was loud every time I used it."
