"No elevators or room service you can really only eat hot food while the hotel reastuarnts are open great place for party vibes and great pools but lack of room service was a downer"

"Apparently the resort decided to remodel above our room in the middle do the night. Horrible banging and drilling until well after 2am and we had to catch an early flight the next day. We called to the front desk about 6 times and nothing was done in fact the noise became louder. The mattresses are extremely hard like sleeping in the floor. In fact the floor might be more comfortable. The faucet in the bathroom leaked all over the vanity onto the floor anytime you ran water. Worst resort stay we’ve ever had. Will not Return nor recommend."

"We loved our stay here. The only downside was being greeted by staff who immediately wanted us to sign up for a tour of another facility. We were tired and just wanted to get to our room. Other than that we liked everything about Casa Dorada. "

"This place was awesome!!! It was so clean and beautiful, we booked a package and it was very affordable and we felt like we were in luxury paradise. The service was amazing! All the staff really care about their jobs and shout out to Emilio at the swim up bar!!!! Recommend the Jr.Suite on the 7th floor!"

"The only thing I would complain about is the poor dog next to our hotel, chained to a tree, crying all day and throughout the night. The staff should do something about this, made my stay very sad when listening to that poor animal."
