"The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. Other reception staff (whose names I didn't catch), both at checkin and checkout were equally friendly and helpful "

"Die Unterkunft in Santiago war in allen Belangen super! Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung zum Kochen (zB Gewürze, Öl vorhanden...). Praktisch war der Waschraum im Keller, den man nutzen durfte, Tabs wurden zur freien Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos, ein früherer CheckIn wurde ermöglicht."

"Right beside the cathedral and the pilgrim museum. The staff were nice, stores our bags when we arrived early and helped to get a taxi to the bus station. We had a small attic room but amazing view of the cathedral- it was magic!"
