"We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven...

"Near city center but no staff to service. Have to contact at santa hotel before. The staffs are helpfull. Room was nice except bathroom. Only few restaurant nearby and no convinence store. The hotel suits for young people. "

"Não vi serviço de lavanderia. O quarto era bom, mas não teve nenhum serviço de limpeza bdoquarto durante toda a semana que eu passei ali. A funcionária do dia precisa de uma aula de empatia porque era tanto mau humor que contagiava o lugar. Um horror. Já o moço da noite era bem simpático, mas seco. Tinha ônibus que passava na estradas om uma certa frequência, tanto para ir, como voltar da cidade ( eu fui sem carro ), porém de noite, eu precisava pegar Uber para voltar dos passeios da aurora...

"We had a lovely view of the river and the room was mostly clean. The dishwasher had dishes in it but they were clean so we emptied it. Also our patio had an ashtray full of cigarettes and some empty beer cans but we called an they came to clean it. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock (the second door that led to a hallway) and so they looked the outside hallway door for us to make us feel safer. They said we had nothing to worry about, that the area was safe but I had two small kids and the idea...
