The room was clean and comfortable. The sauna took a bit of time to heat up but it was a nice feature. Check-in was easy. They provide a QR code in the room to book taxis, which was very convenient. The lift is very quaint and unique. The location was very convenient to the Rovaniemi bus station and supermarkets. A short 15 minutes walk into the city.

Das Zimmer war schön, groß, sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war gut und der Service war super. Bis auf den nächtlichen Feueralarm und dass pünktlich um 10 Uhr der Staubsauger im Frühstücksraum läuft, war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Danke.

Staff and their policies are unreasonable. I was also charged for breakfast. I did not eat breakfast at all and I like to request a refund. Heater does not work. AC indeed works full blast. Absolutely no staff on site and no one answers the phone after 10 PM. Never again.

Das Postmaster ist ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit vielen praktischen Extras und einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit: Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit einer Küchenzeile eingerichtet, die alles bietet, um sich selbst zu versorgen (Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Geschirr etc.). Das Bad ist groß und hat Fußbodenheizug. Ein nostalgischer Fahrstuhl verbindet die Etagen. Der Speisesaal bietet ausreichen Platz, um das köstliche Frühstück einzunehmen. Er ist nordisch chic eingerichtet. In der Lobby gibt es eine Ecke mit Souvenirs und finnischen Handarbeiten. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind ausgesprochen herzlich, hilsbereit und verstärken den Charme des Postmaster. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mirjam & Franzi

Un hôtel de grande qualité à Rovaniemi

Un excellent hôtel, situé près de la gare et à 15/20 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Rovaniemi. Le service est excellent, tout comme le petit déjeuner, le confort de la chambre, le silence (malgré la proximité de la route). Le style est parfois un peu rustique, mais c'est assez charmant. Literie parfaite.

Modern eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer in ex-Postkomplex

Bequeme Einzelbetten in modernem Wohnzimmer, daneben ist der Raum zum Kleiderschrank etwas gar eng. Sehr gut gefiel uns der Bartisch mit den beiden Barhockern. Das Badezimmer mit der Erlebnisdusche war bestens eingerichtet. Leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet schmeckte mir der selber frisch gepresste Orangenjus mit einer Limette am besten.
