To say the place is magical is an under statement, the staff definitely made a huge difference: Pearl, Andrea, Sabine and especially Jasmina. We will definitely return for a longer stay. "We have an inside room that was above the breakfast buffer area. It was on the 4th floor so the noise wasn't a problem, but I found the room dark. The check in experience was a bit strange because the lady checking us in informed us that they preauthorize a security deposit on the credit card, which is fine, but she said the reason was if we break something in the room. I was traveling with my adult daughter and I don't think we fit the profile of someone who trashes a hotel room :) Maybe some training would be in order as she could have simply told us that it is their policy for all customers"
