The hotel is spotless and kitted out with all the amenities you might need. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. I loved the design of the rooms I stayed in and thought it was visually soothing. Although they could not accommodate early check ins or late check outs, the luggage storage and laundry facilities were really useful. The hotel is very easy to contact over WhatsApp.

We booked the Jaa - the Ice room. Everything was good - room was clean, kitchenware and toiletries were of good quality (Marimekko, Rituals) and housekeeping staff were friendly. Location also good - bus stop to the SCV was just 2mins’ walk and lots of food options nearby. This is important if you want to minimise walking in the cold. Our room was facing a construction site but we didn’t hear much noise so no issue. Breakfast spread was fine, although we don’t eat reindeer salami.

Room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with items restocked on a daily basis. Luggage storage made it easy to explore the area while waiting to check in as well after check out.

Perfect spot!

Our favourite hotel ever! Very generous breakfast, cosy room with calming “fire” which put us to sleep every time we had it on😂 Great position & very beautiful! We loved it!

Room very nicely done, lightings very interesting but not bright enough, room is big, huge tub, large in room sauna, very nice, except no windows except a small round hole which cannot be open, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen and refrigerator included in room self served breakfast, don’t have to get up early.

I only wish every hotel room from now on is as stylish, attractive, clean and accommodating as this one. Loved the e-check in, automated lighting, automated shades, abundance of food provided, free washer/dryer, and overall ambiance. Only wish they offered ice. There are many dining options nearby. High quality and new facilities with every you need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable as well. Nice living area. Hotel was close to the city center and walking zone. Bus top was steps away. The river trail to the arboretum was nearby. All around excellent choice for us.

Wow, what a place to stay!

This is one of the best places we've ever stayed in, and is certainly the best value for money. Modern, centrally-located and very well-appointed, everything about this place shone out as positive. We stayed in the Giassa Room (each is individually named). Free laundry facilities, along with the best self-serve breakfast we've ever seen topped things off well. Would go out of our way to stay there again if visiting the region.
