"We enjoyed the room. Will come back."

"A lovely welcome by the reception staff. No problems with the room and had a good breakfast. The only very small thing I noticed was some not very clean public areas, such as the stairs and the outside windows in the staircase (very dirty). Hokwever, they did not affect our stay. Slightly disappointed that we had to pay for hotel car parking. Very central location, handy for the city centre and easy to navigate to."

"From the second we walked into the hotel, all the staff on the front desk and in the bar were fantastic, really helpful and kind and understanding at the fact our trains had been cancelled and they really helped us"

"No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do. The food at breakfast was basic and not replenished in good time. The hotel knew of the issue prior to our arrival, I would have preferred to have been informed and given the option of a...

"The staff were helpful and polite. Good air conditioning . Cooked breakfast tepid and breakfast seating area cramped. Felt the public area a bit limited , particularly if had no access to Executive Lounge ."

"Very handy hotel for when I was attending a conference. Room was comfortable and very grateful for the large fan! Everything spotlessly clean. The staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly, made the whole stay very pleasant, thank you! Overall brilliant value for money. Would definitely recommend."

"Coffee machine and fridge excellent n the room, unfortunately the bed was tucked away in the corner making it difficult to even get in. The parking was expensive which wasn’t great, I did find much cheaper parking on the street. Staff friendly and helpful, on the whole it was a nice stay"

"Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, lovely staff. Location is excellent, close to station and city centre. Parking is limited but Q-Park Sovereign Square is 10 mins walk away and discounted."
