"Nice smallish, comfortable, downtown hotel. Well placed for access to Chicago assets. (Only 2 elevators, one didn't work). "

"The staff was fabulous we were there for 3 nights and every staff member we encountered were lovely and went out of there way to answer any question we had. Our room was spacious had a large sofa and king size bed - clean and homey feeling. Very nice bar - Ean was the bartender all three evenings and what a nice guy - very friendly to everyone. Great experience!"

"Our room was large and clean. Evening reception and breakfast were awesome, and the staff working at these were amazing. Our only issue was that the shuttle from the airport took over 45 minutes to pick up, but the shuttle return to the airport was very quick and on time."
