"This hotel has awful customer service. We booked this hotel for a concert that was happening in Columbus since we were not from here. When we arrived at check in time, 4pm, we were told that our room was not ready and that they would call us when it was. When we tried to check in on the status an hour later at 5pm we were told that the room would not be ready until after we would need to leave for the concert. When I called the next day about the situation the lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept questioning me about how many times I tried to check in, and told me that sometimes rooms just aren’t ready until 5 even though check in is listed at 4, as if it were my fault for the room not being ready. They never apologized or took accountability for a clear mistake on their behalf. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling in for an event because MANY rooms were not ready until well after 5pm. Save yourself the trouble and book any other hotel in the area."

"The front desk did an excellent job under the circumstances. There was a huge concert at the Shoe that night. We arrived at 3:30 and the check in line was wrapped out the door. Unfortunately they only had 2 elevators working so after check in, you had to wait in another line for the elevator. We had booked a room with 2 beds. When we got to our room, it was a king, for 3 people. We weren't going to wait in the line again to get into another room as there was still a line of 50 people waiting to check in. We were able to let the front desk know to just send up pillows and a blanket and we'd make do. By the time we returned, the pillows and blanket had been delivered. The front desk were champs that night. They did let us use the service elevators which eased some of the frustration of waiting. Management should have anticipated and planned better. The room was a typical hotel room. Nothing special. It wasn't dirty but wasn't spotless either. If pressed for a night's sleep and this is what was available I would stay again. We didn't use any of the other amenities."

"staff was very good and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean. you could use better pillows they were bad. but beds were comfortable. i would suggest adding a pull out couch to the room. and offering breakfast for the cost of the room would be nice...."

"We stayed in a nicely appointed Jr suite. Room was clean and comfortable and spacious for our weekend stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Starbucks in the building was a bonus! Only constructive criticism would be, to charge for parking & WiFi on top of suite rate is excessive."

"1 night stay in downtown Columbus, this was a last minute quick trip to visit with friends. Room was clean. Check in took a while, there was one person at the desk and a pretty good sized line of people, they definitely should have had more help on a Friday evening. I was told at check in late check out shouldn't be an issue to check in the a.m. when I checked in the a.m. it was a no. Despite the hotel listed rooms available for that day, meaning they definitely weren't booked to capacity for that day."
