Parking is across the street and is 19 dollars a day. We had a room on the 1st floor and it was clean and as described. It was a budget friendly hotel for downtown. No breakfast, just hot black coffee in the morning.

This was an adequate place to stay in a terrific location near the convention center and many downtown restaurants. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and furniture was all in good condition. Drapes were too small for the window, allowing a lot of light around all edges from streetlights directly outside. Our toilet did not flush well unless the handle was held down. Only one small wastebasket was provided and was pushed so far under the sink that we really had to search for it! The lobby and our room each had a strong smell like air freshener partially concealing another smell, possibly stale smoke or mildew. The advertised free coffee was available only some of the time, with no clear schedule. These were all minor issues in an overall okay experience. We would stay here again if it was the best value in the area at the time of our convention.
