Rooms were clean, needs were really firm but the sheets were very comfortable. AC works very well! Didn't partake in other amenities due to having to be at the hospital at 6am. Front desk staff were AWESOME!!! My dad said he heard gunshots during the night, I was 4 doors down from them on the same side of the building and I didn't hear a thing but I trust him.

In Columbus for a wedding, we walked several miles from the hotel to the Franklin Park and Topiary Park and walked 10 minutes home from the wedding at 9:30 pm. Felt very safe. Nice, clean with good breakfast! Pillows were flat but bed was comfortable. Careful checking in at night. The homeless will approach you if the staff doesn't get the door unlocked fast enough. I'd call the front desk before you get out of your car. Front desk was very helpful and friendly!
