Great location for an overnite the night before your flight. Staff, condition, room quality and lovely grounds, garden and pool. Would definitely go again in the future and recommend to my family and friends.

I was very unhappy with the shuttle service FROM the airport. We could not find it, we tried to call, no one answered. We felt stranded and isolated at the facility. Can you imagine, they wanted to charge $3.00 Euros to rent a pool towel. We feel we were misled in the reviews. The breakfast was nice enough, but there were no cushions on the lounge chairs etc. we felt this place was isolated and very over rated. It was not worth the trip from the airport! Overpriced! Very petty.

Nice hotel but the water front was not really close and was an old sailboat graveyard. No dining outside the hotel and they made me feel weird that I didn’t have a reservation when the restaurant was completely empty.

Rooms very dated and old, overhead shower head did not work. Hotel rooms very poor for price value. Front lobby and grounds were good. Room fell far short of expectations. Shuttle service to airport good.

The hotel is very nice throughout the public areas, and the breakfast is great! Our shower was in dire need of deep cleaning on the grout and around the drain, appearing moldy.

The gardens surrounding the property are gorgeous. Beautiful, well taken care of with plenty of outdoor seating for guests to sit and enjoy it all. Transportation was so convenient with detailed instructions of how to use the shuttle service. Everything about this property was very convenient.

The property was very pretty at night . It was clean . The breakfast was good. No complaints . The bus next door was great staff nice and our guys were able to watch the football as we eat.

I experienced a significant inconvenience during my recent stay when I attempted to settle my dinner bill in cash. Despite my readiness to pay immediately, the waiter insisted on adding the charge to my room bill instead. Regrettably, an unexpected change in plans required me to check out a day early, during a time when I couldn't obtain a factura due to the absence of the necessary staff. Following my departure, I was surprised and disappointed by the hotel's approach to resolving the outstanding 35 euro charge. Rather than opting for a simple and customer-friendly solution, such as charging the amount to the credit card on file, I have faced undue pressure and threats of police involvement. This situation could have been easily avoided if my initial attempt to pay in cash had been accepted. I urge the hotel to consider customer convenience and satisfaction in handling such matters, and to promptly resolve this issue in a manner that reflects better on the hotel's commitment to service excellence

Good hotel to stay at if you're flying from Rome airport. They have a shuttle to and from the airport which was great. It is close to Ostia Antica which is certainly worth going to. 50ha of ruins to walk through. The hotel have a shuttle to take you there as well. Room was large and had a good sized balcony. Good restaurant and bar. as well.

We came by taxi so free parking did not apply to us. We love this hotel. We have recommended this hotel to friends and on Facebook. But The food was not very good. For dinner I had pizza. Thick crust pizza. Whattttt? My husband had Calamari and Shrimp fried. 4 tiny shrimp and calamari were chewy. I loved the autumn salad but the thick crust pizza….. We will stay at this lovely hotel again, but eat here? Not so sure.

Great hotel near to airport
Very nice hotel on edge of Ostia, Great for overnight before airport, but also a comfortable hotel for a few nights stay. Shame pool was being serviced so the excellent garden area was not fully enjoyable

The customer service was lacking. We ordered room service and they totally messed up our order and the food was lack luster when it arrived hours later.
