The staff was helpful and kind but its not 4* hotel for sure, rooms, specifically washrooms are not clean. Location is convenient and well connected with Roma central.

Staff were great. Bedrooms were clean but beds are terrible you feel like you are sleeping on springs. We had issues with the room the toilet didn’t work has to change rooms. Next room the air conditioning stopped working we had to change rooms again

Stayed 3 nights. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. This hotel is old and tired. It needs some TLC. Location was close to Vatican and grocery store. No amenities. Website says laundry service but there was none. Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel was lovely with very comfortable beds and great shower rooms. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety and would have preferred a hot cooked breakfast but it was good. Staff were all very friendly, polite and knowledgable

Property condition needs a little updating. Staffs were friendly and helpful. No contactless transaction and they want cash for city tax. Not much options for breakfast. But the location is convenient.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help! The hotel was the perfect walking distance to Vatican City and a doable walking distance to the Colosseum. They offered small breakfast on sight that was enough to get our day started. Cute shops within walking distance and perfect to explore Rome. Would recommend and stay again if the chance arises in the futute.

The accommodation is rather basic. The room I had was small and had almost no natural light. There was no (space for a) table to place a laptop or do some work. Because of the purpose of my trip, I did not mind. The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the Vatican and close to the metro. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

Awesome location at the heart of Rome. Front desk people were very nice and accommodating. Hotel needs some updating, although the new breakfast area is very nice!! The WiFi was not working our entire stay, which was unfortunate, but not the hotels fault. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Clerks were very helpful regarding directions, suggestions, etc. It was close to many restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily. Temperature was manageable and we slept well. We recommend the hotel to visitors who travel on a budget.

This hotel is at a good location near the subway station. However, I would neither return nor recommend it to anyone. My check in was pretty smooth. The staff was very friendly but the facilities were poorly kept. The walls in my room were dirty and the bedding seemed pretty old. The TV didn’t work and the AC/ heater was turned off every day from 2-5:30 am and from 10 am to 1pm. The bathroom was spacious. However, the shower area was tiny. I am 5’4 and was elbowing the walls. In addition, the water was freezing cold every morning. One day I talked to someone at the reception and they told me that I had to let the water run for a few minutes prior to it getting warm. The next day I let it run for 50 minutes and it was still cold when I got into the shower. Another disappointment was the breakfast area. The coffee machine, for example, had crusty things on it that hadn’t been cleaned in days and everything tasted funny. Furthermore, there were always teenagers/ young adults screaming in the hallways and banging doors till late at night and no staff member would ask them to be respectful of other guests. This facility is definitely more like a hostel with private rooms/ bathrooms then an actual hotel.

Zum Personal gibt es so gesehen nichts Negatives zu sagen. Bei Fragen hat das Personal gerne weitergeholfen und man durfte am Abresisetag das Gepäck bei der Rezeption lagern. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt und das benutzte Besteck und Geschirr wurde schnell vom Service abgeräumt, sodass Gäste keine Wartezeiten hatten, um zu frühstücken. Einen sehr großen Mangel muss ich hier unbedingt ansprechen. Die Sauberkeit. Es kann nicht sein, dass die Böden und die Einrichtung derart dreckig zahlenden Gästen so bereitgestellt wird. Die Böden wurden während unseres Aufenthalts gar nicht gereinigt und waren auch schon schmuddelig als wir eincheckten. Eine Erdnuss, die uns am ersten Abend heruntergefallen ist, lag am Abresietag immer noch da. Bis auf das Bettenmachen, leeren von Mülleimern und bereitlegen von neuen Handtüchern wurde nichts gereinigt. Die Abflüsse im Bad rochen nach Fäkalien und das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht gut abgeflossen. Generell ist die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder auf der Website sind nicht altuell oder von einem anderen Hotel

"Grand" e' un aggettivo che non si addice alla struttura, vetustà e datata. Le camere sono abbastanza decenti ma (ad esempio) il linoleum grigio con bolle ai piani non si può vedere. A parte la gentilezza del personale in reception, non sono rimasta soddisfatta

We didn’t have mantels, when we required them they gave us one clean, but another dirty with menses The breakfast was very limited in options: none fruit, only boilef eggs, bread and coffee
