"A great place to stay if you are catching an early morning flight out of LAX. Our room was clean, quiet in terms of other guests and spacious. The hotel restaurant that we dined in was a good value. The Hilton’s free shuttle to LAX was a bonus. The two negatives are, first there is little to see or do within walking distance of the hotel and there is a faint droning of planes landing at the airport but it did not hinder our sleep. It’s a good spot that we will use again, I’m sure. "

"Great welcome by staff with hot chocolate chip cookie. Room requested not available so upgraded to different one. Room spacious and bed comfortable. Bathtub stopper did not work well. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Also shuttle service to and from airport very convenient and on time. Great staff!"

"I have stayed at this property more than once. The staff are exceptionally friendly and hepful. The rooms are standard but very nice. The balcony rooms with a view of the pool give the sense of a resort. And its busy bar and restaurant area feels bustling and dynamic rather than crowded. But the place feels like its gone down. I didnt get my morning wake up call, attempts to reach the front desk to get some essentials brought to the room were never followed up. The pool was dirty. I understand they have a lot of people in the pool area on a weekend, but at least fix the bubbles in the spa- it wasnt working. And dont allow under 15s in there. Little kids as young as 1 or so without diapers, sitting in a hot spa? Whole families with kids packed together like sardines. I know you can't control who stays but at least set some boundaries for a safe,pleasant and hygienic pool/spa experience. The gym mats were falling apart. Really off-putting. Invest in your customers and set some rules that you enforce. "
