I loved and enjoyed my stay. Also the room service lady (Veronica) was amazing and super kind that went above and beyond!! I would love for her to get recognized for what an amazing employee she is! I've stayed Sonesta es multiple times and she has always done a fantastic job! She takes pride in her work and has the room(s) looking spotless. The breakfast was delicious the property is well kept and I always have a good night's sleep when I stay here. Highly recommend.

Suite size is a 4. Very comfortable room. Housekeeping was not as attentive. We found kids toy bouncing balls in the bed. Front desk staff was very kind and worked to address our needs very well.
