Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

"6 people stayed in our group. Disappointing that we were charged £25 per couple for early check-in. Even as it was only 30 minutes before normal check in. Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them. Also whilst good range of breakfast delights very slow service"

"The decor was dated but okay. The room a good size, dated but sufficient. However I was not impressed with the room servicing, it had something on the floor that was left there and the shampoo bottle I used was left there as I had left it not replenished either. The bed was not made properly. I understood that there will be less facility due to three star status but did expect better room attendance. I ate in the restaurant and was disappointed.
