"Overall our stay was Ok. The beds were comfy. Everything worked as it should. Every time you turned the shower on or used the sink, there was a sewer smell. That was the only time i smelled it in the room, but when first walk into the lobby it was there too. The breakfast consisted of gas station sandwiches that you had to heat up and packaged cups of peaches, not impressed with that. I also noted 3 additional charges on my bill when were leaving because they billed me 6 times for the $10 fee per day of parking in their own parking lot!"

"Pool was freezing, and the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast on the weekend was good, but very minimal offerings on a week-day. Strong smell in the lobby, and only one main elevator to upper levels. With two small children, we wouldn’t stay here again."

"The airport shuttle was on time. However, it took a long time for someone to answer the phone at the hotel to get it scheduled. Then again when we arrived no one was at the front desk and no bell to ring. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to check us in. The rooms were older, but that were about right for the price. "

"Shuttle set up was easy and on time. But when I booked online, I was told $5/day to park but it was actually $12/day. Also the usb outlets didn’t work in our room and two light bulbs were out."

"The property and staff are wonderful. My wife accidentally lefy her travel clothes in the room when we checked out. But the staff had saved them for her, and she was able to go pick them up. Mr. Napoli was a true professional and got her clothes back! Thank you!"
