"This Hyatt is just ok. We stayed here before abd sfter after a trip as part of our travels. Each time the room had minor issues. Broken bathroom door, loose sink, wall outlets coming out if the wall when trying to plus and unplug chargers. Half used lotion on the bathroom. Just little things. I did not like how housekeeping came at both 8:30 and 9:30 to ask when we were leaving. That has never happened before so not sure why that was a thing. I normally love Hyatt Plave and Hyatt House, but this one needs to do a comb through of the property to get this small things back into shape. Otherwise the lobby was great. Staff were so great and knowledgeable. And the ease to park your car for travel purposes is excellent."

"Walls were thin and neighboring voices and noise can be heard. Sleep was disrupted by someone walking around in the room above for over an hour at 2am. Breakfast was good. "

"Hotel was good for an overnight to the airport. Room was clean, breakfast was minimal. Shuttle was good going, but on the return had to wait 45 minutes. Parking seemed to be charged by the day, not by a 24 hour period. We checked in Thursday night and returned early Tuesday morning, and was charged for 6 days."

"The coffee pot in the room wouldn’t turn on. The doors on the cabinet under the tv were off the hinges. In the middle of the night it sounded like a group of kids were chasing each other in the hall. The toilet tank didn’t fill up with water and wouldn’t flush. I had to pour water in the tank to get it to flush."

"The room was sorta clean but super dated. I really don’t like a hotel room when the bathroom sink is in the main room. The bathroom was super dated. The tub drain was broken and the caulking around the tub and other areas was moldy and gross. When I flushed the toilet it sounded like a jet engine. The breakfast was mid. The microwave was broken and selection of food was mid. It seemed like the hotel was really old and the owners aren’t interested in any sort of updates."
