"Hotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!"

"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

"Amazing hotel to stay for a wonderful December snowboarding trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. "We had the best stay at Le Savoy! The hotel had a very relaxed, fun vibe. I can't say enough about the staff. Top notch! Super helpful and friendly. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated.
