Great Pit-Stop

Stayed for a quick pit-stop before heading up into the mountains to ski resort. Easy to locate, free parking on square outside, close to bus / train station and restaurants. Staff welcoming and helpful. Rooms were a reasonable size, comfortable but slightly dated.

We were just here for one night before moving to the ski area. We arrived on Sunday , very few restaurant opened around but we could find a plce at a nice Chinese<:vietnamese restaurant . Hotel was calm , confortable beds and clean bathroom. maybe look to replace carpet on the floor.

We stayed in the Valdisere Suit. It was very spacious, but something wasn't right with the draining the shower. It smelled that something was dead in the drain. It almost seemed like they forgot to install a water lock 😳

We reserved a family suite (for 4 persons) and it would have been fine has the weather not been so hot. Moûtiers is apparently the hottest place in the area and there was a heatwave (canicule) so we were very uncomfortable in that room. However the staff was very accommodating and sympathetic and allowed us to switch to one of the large upstairs 5th floor suites that has more than one window and so was able to get better air flow and cool down in the night. The upstairs suit (Le Tremplin) was a very comfortable room and we enjoyed the rest of our stay and slept well. We really appreciated how the staff handled our requests.

Worst hotel I had in a long time. The whole place is covered in dirty rug. Particularly, the walls of the stairway for the night entry is infected of black mold up to the ceiling. Our room smelled like cigarette. The carpet was covered in white stains. The sheets on the bed had permanent yellow stains. The furniture was chipped. Terrible terrible stay. Don't book.

Séjour ski Val Thorens

Super séjour dans cet hôtel en plein centre de Moutiers. Chambre propre, grande avec un lit confortable . De plus la salle de bain a sans doute été refaite à neuf car elle était très bien agencée . Je recommande les yeux fermés

Personnel aimable et serviable, lit très confortable , dejeuner complet sinon wifi très limité en bande passante , et gros problême d'eau chaude qui arrive après plus de 5 minutes = énorme gâchis d'eau , sans compter les chasses d'eau des toilettes qui sont mal réglés
