"This property is apparently waiting to be pronounced dead. The only bright spot wa the OJT staff who are doing the best that they can with the hand that was dealt them. This hotel even ran out of cold water to buy. Knowing that every room doesn't have a mini fridge. We had to complain aboru the room cleaning and the kitchen was only used twice in a 6 day stay. When we arrived the pool didn't work and they have the skeletal remains of a basketball court. Like I stated it seems like it just waiting to be declared dead."

"Overall, this stay was fairly average and didn’t quite live up to expectations. The pool area was disappointing, with most of it covered and very limited space to actually sit in the sun. The attached restaurant was also under maintenance during the stay, which was inconvenient, and the dinner buffet was particularly underwhelming. Breakfast was quite limited as well, with not much variety on offer. That said, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, for what was provided, it felt overpriced and not great value for money."

"The property looks great, but a little outdated, but that kind of adds to the charm. Breakfast was good an and the bar drinks strong. The staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. If they ever travel back to Palawan, they are my go to place"

"Spectacular cleanliness and staffs were amazing, breakfast were delicious kudos to Ate Fely. Areas for improvements: lobby was too hot and no ventilation, washroom was leaking when taking shower, TV reception was blurry, no soap dish in sink. Weather is too humid this summer, I suggest if possible guests access for water dispencer and ice cubes at the lobby."

"Breakfast is not good. Maids that clean the room is no good smells bad every time they clean our room. Internet sucks!!! We can’t watch anything in the TV in times we want to relaxed. And just so you know it may look like a beach front but nope I’ll be disappointed you have to go to other place to experience beach. All in all we will never recommend this hotel!!!!"

"Excellent excellent excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing. The property is very pleasant, quaint, quiet, and truly recharging. The bed was extremely comfortable. It really allows the opportunity to decompress, disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended and I will return."

"We had a very nice stay at Hue. Pros: The rooms are of a decent size with comfortable beds, buffet breakfast is ok (drink and coffee options could be improved), friendly and lovely staff, free top ups of water for your room any time. Cons: alcoholic beverages (cocktails) are very very weak, I guess indicative of the price, only one wine option in the restaurant, if you are on ground floor, it is noisy, staff being loud at 6 am in the morning in the corridor, the spa only accepts cash but I was only told after the treatment. "
