I guess it’s becoming the norm to rent sunbeds by the beach if you’re getting a more VIP experience, but I felt that this facility are just kicking the hole out of it, with the exorbitant cost of a sunbed just to sit at the pool. I would have liked to see an ice dispenser ‘somewhere’ on property. We had to pay room service rates just for buckets of ice. My complaint here isn’t so much about cost, but probably the inconvenience of having to wait 20-30...

"Het is een mini kamer waar je niet eens je tas kwijt kan, met een heel klein bedje, Het ontbijt voor €16.- was 1 croissant een stukje stokbrood met nutellla of jam en een koffie met een jus uit een pak. Daarbij een heel vies terras overal troep op de grond. Ik snap echt die goede recensies niet die moeten haast gekocht zijn. Daarbij licht er tussen het strand en het hotel een hele drukke weg die tot laat in de nacht als racebaan gebruikt wordt. Recht tegenover het hotel staat er een kasteel...

"I read bad reviews along with good reviews toward this establishment. There are some truth on both extremes. In my trip experience, I found the staff at least the front desk was quite friendly at the time I arrived a bit late in the evening. I will try to be balanced on my review here, I talk for myself and other's experience might be varied. Pros: - The room was clean: the bed, the floor, the bathroom, etc. - The location (read the additional note below): very close to several fast food joints...

"Incredible staff and concierge. We were taken care of for everything, whether it was the spa treatments, private driving services to and from the airport and around the bay, and restaurants with highly trained staff. Great stay."

"L’accueil par le personnel est excellent et les lieux sont entretenus. La literie est très bonne et le lieu est calme. Nous pouvons y passer de bonne nuit. Je déplore cependant à vous retrouver des cheveux dans le lavabo ainsi que sur le lit et surtout une très forte odeur de moisissure, qui nous oblige à dormir la fenêtre ouverte "

"La chambre était grande. La salle de bain propre. J'aurais préféré une douche qu'une baignoire mais c'est un détail. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié : un choix énorme de salé et de sucré. Rare de trouver autant de choix dans des hôtels de ce type. Le personnel est très professionnel. Seul bémol. L'emplacement n'est pas top. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant mais nous reviendrons sans faute une autre fois pour dîner."

"We were a family with 3 kids. The room was very dirty, visible dust everywhere. Low comfort. Dishwasher was broken. No internet. Our room was on the ground floor and the outside area was not usable, the furniture to dirty to use, ants everywhere and bushes not trimmed.The «hotel» charged us 140 euro more for taxes and refused to answer anything when we asked why. No cleaning the whole week. Before we left we had to by cleaning remedies to clean the whole appartment. In the pool no toys were...
