โรงแรมใกล้หาดสาธารณะอนุสรณ์โรเบิร์ต ดับเบิลยู คราวน์, Oakland

"Simple and easy check-in with friendly staff. The room and bathroom were both clean, and it had ample supplies (blankets&towels). I will definitely come back if I have another event in the area."

"Please stay away from this facility. Very dirty and smells. Customer service super slow. The clerk took a long time to check me in. Very unprofessional talking about the employee. She was talking bad about the housekeeper to me. Over all not a place i would ever return to. Very low class and mis advertising on Expedia. I would re check the booking with a third party as Expedia."

"Thankyou"

"Can’t even provide a bottle water in the room low expectations"

"Don’t stay here. Had a horrible experience and the staff was super rude"

"Excellent place"

"Rooms were clean and substantial. The various amenities are good for those who need or want to use them. Location is very convenient for the community shuttle for visitors that are not familiar with the area."

"Very good"

"Giving it a good rating more because of how helpful the staff member was. Weeks prior to my check in I had called and made request and when I checked in the same person I spoke to remembered our conversation weeks before and said everything was as discussed. He was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. The property was well kept and no issues with the rooms. Free parking and secluded which helps due to the surrounding area. Ive heard of the city reputation but my experience...

"Very clean"

"Administrative staff was very accommodating. If there was an issue, it was taken care of right away! Location is good, but if you get in later than 9 pm.. we had to park by the back entrance and there’s no other cars there. Best to return to hotel earlier if you want a good parking space in the front."

"This is a no-frills, no-nonsense, pristinely clean place to sleep. What a fantastic deal."
