"What an unexpected surprise! We were traveling to visit family in Oakland with two adults and two 6 1/2-year-olds. Our double queen size room was huge and the pullout sofa even made it even better. The separated toilet was so helpful. The room was on the ground floor and our patio door opened up to a beautiful view of San Francisco Bay. The kids could run around on the grass outside and blow bubbles! The staff was outstanding. Not just cheerful, but also made sure we got everything we needed....
"I had to extend my stay in the bay area on short notice, and then I had to stay longer, eight nights altogether. As it turned out, I had to spend seven days and nights in the room, not leaving at all. The room was a safe, comfortable place to spend that time, and the staff were kind and considerate. If I had been able to leave the room, the location would have been an excellent base for a visit to the area, with easy walking access to plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, and enjoy local parks...
"The shuttle from the airport was easy and the driver was friendly. The young woman who checked me in was also friendly and efficient, and my room was clean and quiet. My flight had been delayed and I needed a place close to the airport to stay just for the night, and it was fast and easy to get an online reservation here. Perfect all around. "
