"Areas on the ceiling of our room that looked like black mold. Also with a cob web in the corner. Room was not ready for our check in. Hot tub was not in operation. Key card did not work the first time to the room. Some water features on splash pad did not work. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"Pool was great. The staff was very helpful. What I really liked was getting a text after we checked in to find out if we needed anything. I responded that we would like a fan in our room while we were at the Wolves game and within minutes I was informed that it had been put in our room. Great location, right across the street from the Target Center by walkway. Close to great restaurants downtown. I highly recommend this place."

"I am diabetic and can only drink diet beverages. I tried 3 times to get Diet Mt Dew and it came out brown, I told two people about it and I’m not sure if it was ever fixed. "
