Staff was amazing. Recognized husband’s birthday and had just checked in a ton of people before us. Treated us so well. Quiet, spacious rooms. Skyway access was great for getting to downtown fun spots.
It was a great hotel staff was friendly and helpful breakfast wasn't anything fancy just your average breakfast bar scramble eggs potatoes waffles the room did not have a microwave in it so that was a little disappointing

Room clean finally ate breakfast there it was good bacon was crispy
Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way from check-in to check-out. Room was very clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. Got drinks and food at the bar, and the bartender was fantastic. Great stay!
We originally were supposed to stay overnight for a nice weekend trip there in Minneapolis but unfortunately got caught off guard by the weather so we decided to leave early. But during check in we were complementary upgraded to a suite which was completely unexpected but it was very nice and appreciated. The location was great and amenities were above from what we expected. We’re planning on coming back to visit and will definitely stay here again in the future.
