Like many hotels in the area, you're paying more for less. This one is homespun and old fashioned (physical key, limited entry time, buzz the manager from his room). The property is old and rough on the outside and quirky. However, the rooms were comfortable and reasonably updated, so it's not a terrible option.

The hotel needs a good upgrade. The reception and the little lobby can be scary. Everything is older, carpets need to go. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There is no breakfast there but there is a restaurant on the same site.

Nice spacious and decorated room with a couple of comfy chairs and beds. Restaurant a few steps away. Small frig with freezer to refreeze travel packs. No elevator.

I go back and forth between Ontario and the Maritimes frequently. I always stay here. It’s comfortable and so clean you can eat off the floors. Easy access right off the highway. There’s a good restaurant on the property. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
