"The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. The floor would have been softer than the mattress. Trains with horns ran all night. Dogs backed and howled all night. Other than that, it was great."

"Easy check in. No issues. Would return in the future."

"This property is fantastic. No frills and clean and the right price. The lobby was stocked with food and drink and the breakfast in the morning, while basic (no frills!) included a yogurt machine."

"Super."

"Very clean and nice for the price!"

"Clean - easy in and out - big bed"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony room we originally booked had been overbooked so we were upgraded to a king suite which was very nice."

"Unfortunately, we could only stay for two nights, but this was a wonderful hotel in a superb location, next to a very charming arcade. The rooms were absolutely excellent. The staff service, in particular from Jennifer, was really wonderful, and we had an incredibly enjoyable stay. The meal and drink in the restaurant in the evening were astonishingly good, coming from a small hotel."

"Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating"

"The room and the bathroom was very clean and the room was well-appointed. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. The only negative was the staff person that checked us in barely acknowledged us and never got out of her chair to greet us. Maybe a tough day"

"Nice big comfy room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast! Easy access to interstates"

"Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, only thing that was not good was the remote to the tv would not work, but overall the stay was excellent"
