Excellent location, central to the shopping area, visiting the museum, Abbey, Minster etc. Directly opposite the beautiful museum park lovely walk through to the central area. "The room was meant to be soundproof but could hear next door for starters, then we seen it wasn’t a king size bed but two single beds put together which wasn’t very comfortable to say the least. Also two of the rooms I’d say are used for permanent residence. Then passing pedestrians through the night was noisy was irritating to say the least. We couldn’t work the heating system for the room. "

"Unique rooms. We had a lovely stay. Be aware there are lots of stairs and narrow staircase,which we didn't mind. Also there was no fridge in the room. Again not the end of the world but I know some people need a fridge for medicine etc We thought we had ordered breakfast but hadn't so I can't comment on the breakfast. Would I stay again. Yes. "
