Staff were excellent. Hotel itself is a bit dated but in a great location for a city break. Staff were courteous. Room was small, dated and a noisy due to water pipes and I guess heating. Noisy inconsiderate neighbours with slamming doors on their way in and out at all hours. We did however have a city view as booked.
