No drawers to unpack luggage

"Great location, great staff! Right off of the river with great views down the Thames. The staff (James!) were super helpful. Only downside was that noise travelled through the hotel very easily. I woke up and thought housekeeping were in our room, only to discover they were actually in the room next door:"

"We stayed in one of the suites with a sofa bed and it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We missed breakfast but were able to get some tea / coffee and pastries after 11am in the restaurant/bar area which was handy."

"We stayed at several hotels in England and this was one of our favorites. It didn’t have an elevator but the young man (I wish I knew his name) was SO helpful, carrying our bags upstairs for us, answering questions. We were able to keep our luggage there the day we checked out while we went downtown (and the young man carried them up to and from the third floor for us!). The food at the restaurant was good and the staff very friendly. It was close to the train station which was convenient."

"Not up to usual Harbour Hotel standards. Good size room, Food in bar was long delayed, gin provided free of charge but tonic was charged for unlike other Harbour Hotels. Breakfast very good. Bugs crawling around the bathroom. . Reception mixed. Young man was very good but the staff later in the day were not very helpful. ."

"We only stayed for one night as we were attending the Chelsea Flower Show…the staff on arrival were very helpful and kept our case safe whilst we attended the show, on our return this had been placed in our room.
Room was very nice, clean and with a lovely bathroom, there was a kettle with teabags, coffee etc, just one packet of biscuits.
There was some renovation work still going on which impacted on the use of the terrace which was a real shame as the courtyard was a lovely space, very...
