"La verdad hemos quedado encantados con el hotel y el servicio extraordinario que nos dieron Patricia, Daniel y Francisco! Hicieron hasta lo imposible por atendernos y hacer mucho mas de lo necesario para hacernos sentir en casa. El hotel espectacular! El edificio de piedra está como nuevo, muy bien restaurado porque es de 1815. Está muy bien ubicado. Nos recomendaron un excelente restaurant muy cerca y a menos de 10 minutos en auto está la catedral de Santiago de Compostela. Lo recomendamos...

"The place is at edge of town. Kinda dated design. Had booked it to relax in pool after long day of walking, however the pool was full of young children! Nothing against children, just not what I expected. The breakfast buffet was pretty good."

Del desayuno no puedo hablar porque salí muy temprano y no pude disfrutar de él. Taxi gratuito al aeropuerto a horas intempestivas. En resumen, absolutamente ninguna queja. Gracias"

"Servicio excelente, desayuno muy bueno para la categoría del establecimiento pero nuestra habitación era vieja, no bajaba bien la persiana y el baño aunque limpio era de los 80 y no se merece esa distribución o esa cortina. La terraza es muy bonita y permite disfrutar del entorno y la playa está a dos metros con aparcamiento y buenos servicios"

"Just out of town but they do a free shuttle bus into the town. A cab is €10. We stayed in their apartments (opposite the main hotel) which gave you a small lounge, conservatory and then the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It smelt a bit musty but we were there a few days and so it soon cleared. There was also a car parking space under the apartment. We never ate there but used the sun terrace and pool and had a night cap in the bar."

"Staff is terrible. There was a woman called Sonia at the reception that was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m very surprised she is still allowed to work there."

"What a great experience we had at Balneario Acuna! The staff was so helpful and kind. We had messed up on our reservations and they immediately fixed it and got us a room hours before check in time.
